What These Offers Don’t Cover
We don’t stack discounts. If your repair qualifies for both the $50-off and the senior discount, we’ll apply whichever saves you more. The free second opinion requires a written estimate from another company dated within the last 30 days. Tune-up pricing assumes a standard residential sectional door; custom wood doors or commercial operators may need a different scope.
We also don’t use these specials to upsell you into work you don’t need. Our technicians are trained under the K.E.Y.S. values code, and the “Y” stands for “Your home first.” If we find something during a tune-up that needs attention, we’ll show you, explain it, and quote it. The decision is yours.
